Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you in case of delays.


Shipping Times & Fees

We offer worldwide shipping with estimated delivery times of 10–15 business days for most destinations.

Shipping fees are based on order value and product type:

Orders fulfilled from our local warehouses (US/EU) Free shipping
Sharpening stones & accessories (under $300 USD) $9.90 USD
Knives (under $300 USD) $40.00 USD

⚠ Free shipping only applies to orders over $300 or those fulfilled from overseas warehouses.
⚠ Knife products are excluded from free shipping under $300.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can track your shipment using the provided link from our shipping partners.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.
Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days depending on the destination.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.


Shipping Delays and Issues

  • Your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time

  • Your package is lost or damaged in transit

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
